1. Our store

Trend Ink sells print-on-demand apparel, accessories and drinkware. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Products and colors

We try to show product colors and designs as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process. Product mockups are for illustration.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless shown otherwise. We may change prices at any time before you place your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we do, you will be fully refunded.

4. Orders, shipping and refunds

5. Intellectual property

All original designs, text and graphics on this site belong to Trend Ink and may not be copied or resold without permission. If you believe any item on our store infringes your rights, email us at support@trendink.us with details and we will review it and remove it promptly if appropriate.

6. Your account and conduct

You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, or to submit false information.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trend Ink is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
