How long will my order take to arrive?
Each item is printed on demand, which takes 2–5 business days. Shipping within the US then takes 3–7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for international times.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.
How do I find my size?
Check the size chart on each product page. Our tees and sweatshirts are unisex, so if you prefer a relaxed fit, consider sizing up.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your item is usually already in production.
How should I wash my apparel?
Turn the garment inside out, machine wash cold, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.
Are mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing helps the print stay bright longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Import duties or taxes may apply outside the US.
